In February 2014, the customer contacted us. Through , mail, whatsapp, WeChat various types of chatting, the customer got a preliminary understanding and interest of us. During the next a few months, we usually sent some follow-up letters and new product releases information to the customer’s mailbox, and the customer said that he has not forgotten us. In mid-June, the customer finally placed an official order, and we started production stocking after receiving the deposit, the delivery time we promised is 7-10 days. In early July, the customer added order quantity again, and the volume is almost equivalent a small container volume, so our salesman suggested to hire the entire container, which would be convenient and efficient, and the cost will be much lower than LCL. On July 17th, 2014, the container arrived in our warehouse. In this process, our salesman, together with warehouse colleagues, loaded container, moved goods and guided the goods piling. Here, our customer expressed his satisfaction to our one-stop service, since documentary, stocking, shipping, loading are all followed up by the salesman, he provided one to one service and tracking. 

Export documents. Before we send clearance documents to the customer, we will scan all the files in advance and send them to the customer for confirmation. After that, we will send invoices, packing slips, BL, CO and so on by DHL to the customer.

At the end of July, we were honored to receive an invitation from the customer to travel and study in Thailand. What made us feel pleased is that the evening when we arrived in Pattaya to visit the customer’s restaurant, the container we exported just reached the customer's restaurant, so we wait together for the arrival of container, we unloaded and moved goods together. During this period, our manager won great appreciation from our customer, and in this process, staff of our company and our customer team unloaded all goods from the container together. After unpacking, customer was very satisfied with our products quality. We appreciate very much recognition from our customer. 

 

In the following days, we gradually fell in love with Thailand, and we felt the enthusiasm from our customer and his family. Here we sit quietly to enjoy the sea breeze, and conduct pleasant chat. This kind of life is very comfortable, so we have retrospective memories in busy days. Although our short trip quickly ended, our cooperation continues. Let us grow together and enjoy win-win cooperation. Come on!

In early December 2013, customers paid first visit to Guangzhou. Our company expressed heartfelt welcome and excitement to meet customers again, we also got feeling of meeting old friends, which is very wonderful. Customer-friend. We assisted our customers to book cost-effective hotel, which made them feel incredible, since the price is much less than their budgets, but the living conditions are very comfortable. In the coming days, we learned that customers currently need to purchase for new store. We feel pleased for our customers. We accompanied our customers to visit different factories, helped them find the equipment needed, and the customers are very satisfied with our preliminary work done, as well as finding suppliers for them, the most important is that the prices are meeting their ideal target prices, here I am also very grateful for the trust of our customers. Since customers believe in us, we are moved. At the end of this pleasant trip, customers confirmed the shopping list with us, and we will purchase all the devices for them. 

In the stocking process, we purchased a batch of generators and marble benches, and understood the importance of generators to customers. Meanwhile, as a bridge between customer and some suppliers, we inspected goods in factory in person, and carried out on-site communication and confirmation with customers. In the process, we grew together and I learned a lot, thanks customers again for letting me know more about products and equipment. 

In January 2014, we sent the first part of products and equipment in stock to customer in a large container. The list is confirmed with our customers, and our customers also felt very satisfied of such arrangements. Thanks again for their support. 

 In April 2014, in the past few months, customers placed new orders, but because of delayed shipment, some are postponed. Thanks to customers’ understanding of delayed delivery. Now all the goods are waiting to be shipped in the 40 Feet GP. As our loading time approached the Labor Day holiday, the sea freight has been adjusted to rise. In order to express our gratitude to our customers, we offered original price of sea freight to the customer, although the amount is not small, we feel very happy. Thanks for our manager's support for our salesman. Customers’ satisfaction is our service purpose. 

 In June, 2014. We ushered in the opening of Hadda Branch. We really felt happy for our customers, and we are proud of our efforts. Thanks to our customers. I hope the business is getting better and better, and I hope our partnership and friendship last forever.
