During the next a few months, we usually sent some follow-up letters and new product releases information to the customer’s mailbox, and the customer said that he has not forgotten us. In mid-June, the customer finally placed an official order, and we started production stocking after receiving the deposit, the delivery time we promised is 7-10 days. In early July, the customer added order quantity again, and the volume is almost equivalent a small container volume, so our salesman suggested to hire the entire container, which would be convenient and efficient, and the cost will be much lower than LCL. On July 17th, 2014, the container arrived in our warehouse. In this process, our salesman, together with warehouse colleagues, loaded container, moved goods and guided the goods piling. Here, our customer expressed his satisfaction to our one-stop service, since documentary, stocking, shipping, loading are all followed up by the salesman, he provided one to one service and tracking.
Export documents. Before we send clearance documents to the customer, we will scan all the files in advance and send them to the customer for confirmation. After that, we will send invoices, packing slips, BL, CO and so on by DHL to the customer.
At the end of July, we were honored to receive an invitation from the customer to travel and study in Thailand. What made us feel pleased is that the evening when we arrived in Pattaya to visit the customer’s restaurant, the container we exported just reached the customer's restaurant, so we wait together for the arrival of container, we unloaded and moved goods together. During this period, our manager won great appreciation from our customer, and in this process, staff of our company and our customer team unloaded all goods from the container together. After unpacking, customer was very satisfied with our products quality. We appreciate very much recognition from our customer.
In the following days, we gradually fell in love with Thailand, and we felt the enthusiasm from our customer and his family. Here we sit quietly to enjoy the sea breeze, and conduct pleasant chat. This kind of life is very comfortable, so we have retrospective memories in busy days. Although our short trip quickly ended, our cooperation continues. In the stocking process, we purchased a batch of generators and marble benches, and understood the importance of generators to customers. Meanwhile, as a bridge between customer and some suppliers, we inspected goods in factory in person, and carried out on-site communication and confirmation with customers. In the process, we grew together and I learned a lot, thanks customers again for letting me know more about products and equipment.
